In addition to Amy’s therapeutic classes, Amy writes and leads the practice of Yoga Relaxation also known as Yoga Nidra; Nidra meaning sleep. In today’s world fewer people are getting deep sleep and combined with the addition of stress, our bodies weaken and our minds continue our unconscious habitual patterns. The practice of Yoga Nidra provides each individual the opportunity to train the mind, awaken creativity, reduce stress and provide true relaxation. One hour of Yoga Nidra equals Four Hours of deep sleep. For the science & research behind this practice please visit her website.
