Why Train with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist?

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCSs) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train people for the primary goal of improving performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. Recognizing that their area of expertise is separate and distinct, CSCSs consult with and refer to other professionals when appropriate. Our fitness evaluator and certified trainer is Darci Walthew. Darci’s unique approach to training is to start by addressing movement and postural issues that inhibit functional performance. She addresses posture and movement issues through a detailed screening. She will show and recommend corrective exercise movements that can be easily replicated at home. Building upon each session, Darci will continue to address your needs and goals with challenging, effective, functional exercises to help you move and feel better. She tailors the exercises to meet your specific lifestyle demands and activities. Each session will be unique and fun to keep your mind motivated and your body challenged. Darci will help you reach your goals whether you are looking to lose weight, improve performance, or simply move more. Darci will help you get there safely. Convenient evening and weekend sessions are available to accommodate your life. Package pricing is available for 3, 5, or 10 sessions to make it easier to reach your goal. Partner training packages are available for added affordability and fun!

Fitness and Nutrition Packages

Rehab Options is excited to announce Fitness and Nutrition packages to help you attain your health goals. Our very own registered dietician, Wendy Caamano, and strength and conditioning specialist, Darci Walthew have teamed up to offer these affordable packages to assist you in your quest for a healthy lifestyle. During your initial evaluations they will identify and address areas in your diet and fitness program to focus on, helping you to attain your goals. Follow up sessions will teach you how to incorporate changes into your life as well as provide motivation and support. These packages offer real solutions for healthy changes, not just another fad diet or extreme exercise plan.

Sampler Pack $190:

For those who want to get a taste of our wellness package without a huge commitment. Includes:

  • 1 – 50 min Nutrition Evaluation
  • 1 – 60 min Movement Screen and Fitness Evaluation
  • 1 – 60 min Personal Training Session

A total value of $265 Sampler packs can be used toward the purchase of other packages following completion should you choose to continue.

Kick Start – 6 week Package $850:

For those who need to get a boost in their health and wellness journey. Includes:

  • 3 – 50 min Nutrition Sessions (Initial Session and intake, measurements, meal plan goals, intuitive eating, food records, meal adjustments, support)
  • 3 – Nutrition Weekly checkups (includes: updating meal plan, phone calls, emails questions, motivation, support)

Your body is the greatest piece of machinery you’ll ever own, and you only get one. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a class to teach you how to maintain it for optimal function and longevity? How about a class to increase your body’s performance? Or a class designed to keep aches and pains at bay?

NOW THERE IS!

Join us at ROI every Monday at 6pm for BODY MAINTENANCE 101 taught by our own Master’s level Exercise Physiologist and Functional Movement Expert, Darci Walthew. In this small group class setting Darci will take you through sequences of exercises that will help you utilize your body in the correct way. The class is designed for anyone, from the beginner to advanced exerciser. Everyone can benefit from body maintenance whether it’s to increase performance or just to feel better on a daily basis. The small group setting makes the class affordable, but personal enough to get the attention you need. Class size is limited to 6 and pre-registration is required. With the ongoing class schedule and affordable pricing, it has never been easier to take care of your body. Why wait to start taking care of the most valuable piece of machinery you will ever have? When: Every Monday at 6pm How: Register at the front desk or by phone. Credit Card or deposit will be required to reserve a spot.
